At this time we only ship to mainland UK.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and un-used and we will refund you the price of the goods only to the original credit or debit card used.
Pleae note We cannot accept returns for any bespoke cut items of foam (any foam purchased cut to your specific size (including sheets)). Once the foam in your order has been cut we cannot issue any refunds.
The EU Distance Selling Directive forms a part of UK law, courtesy of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Our customers acknowledge and accept that most of our products and services are of a 'customised' nature and as such the regulations do not apply. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage is not refundable.
Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt from your postal service provider. You must package the goods appropriately to ensure that they are returned in perfect condition as they are your responsibility until they reach us.
We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you buy online you have the right to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order up to the point at which the goods are cut (if it is a bespoke order) and for non bespoke orders, dispatched by us. Should you cancel your order before cutting/ dispatch, we will refund the full amount to the original credit/debit card within 5 working days.
My order arrived damaged what shall I do?
Do not accept any goods damaged in transport - notify us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Unfortunately if you accept them then we cannot be liable for any additional costs.
